Petitioners pleaded the HC to SIT probe the evidence of killings made by the tigress called 'T1'. They questioned the way T1 was declared a man-eater and a shooter was appointed to eliminate her. The Nagpur bench questioned why was T1 ordered to be killed instead of being anaesthetized; if she is a man-eater then why hasn’t she killed a human in the past 3 months.
