The Enforcement Directorate has imposed a penalty of more than Rs 14 lakh on Kashmiri separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani along with confiscation of $10,000 after he was found guilty in a Foreign Exchange Management Act case for possession of unaccounted foreign exchange.
