Amid reports of some ineligible farmers getting money into their bank accounts under the ‘assured income support’ scheme (PM-Kisan), the Centre has sensitised states on procedures of retrieving those amounts even as the move irked the Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav who demanded an “immediate inquiry into this matter”.
